Preparation
Step 1
Boil the chicken with the piece of onion, garlic cloves and a handful of cilantro.
Step 2
Heat and dissolve the Guajillo Mis Roots chili paste in another saucepan, along with the chicken broth until it thickens slightly.
Step 3
Take the tortillas and dip them in the chili sauce. Fry in a pan with oil that toasts a little. Remove when the sauce dries but you must prevent them from becoming hard.
Step 4
Stuffed with chicken, roll up and place on a spread plate.
Step 5
Serve the chopped lettuce, cream, chopped tomato, avocado and freshly ground cheese on top.
